Essential Writing: Exploring Mindfulness & Memory through Scent
Create your own aromatherapy roll-on or inhaler to calm your mind, energize your day, or boost your creativity! We’ll bring our oil supplies, and some blend ideas and you bring your curiosity and sense of smell!
Join Emily Dunuwila (MSEd, LMT) and Sol Wooten (MFA) for a guided gathering that uses essential oils to awaken present awareness, scent memory, creativity, and connection. In this workshop, we'll get to know 3 essential oils and reflect on the personal associations that each scent evokes.
